What it is
The name of a country comes up, the whole planet appears, and the camera slowly closes in on the area where it lies. It never gets there: it only brings you closer. You have to tap the country on the globe, and the sooner you do, the more points.
There's no countdown and no timer bar: the globe itself is the clock. Waiting makes it easier and pays less; tapping straight away is taking a risk. One finger, no buttons and no list of options.
- Three ways to askBy the country's name, by its flag or by its capital. Cities will come later.
- Spin it yourselfAt the start of each round the globe is yours: you can spin it to look for the country before the camera takes over.
- Close counts tooTapping just beside it earns part of the points and costs no life. You get three lives per game.
- A challenge every dayTwenty questions, the same ones in the same order for everyone, and a single try per day.
- In nine languagesCatalan, Spanish, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
- No account, no connectionNo sign-up, and the whole globe is inside the game: it plays the same offline.
Who makes it
I make it myself — Ricard Perelló, working alone in Barcelona, as a hobby. It's still in testing: if something isn't working or you have an idea, write to me: claustralgames@gmail.com.
